We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. If any monies have been received by us at the time when we exercise this right a refund of the monies will be made. We do everything we can to ensure that the information on the website is accurate. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders which have been affected by the error.
To purchase alcohol you must be over 18. Purchasing alcohol under this age or on behalf of someone under this age is an offence and will be reported to the authorities. If we believe an offence is taking place we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice.
All goods must be paid for in full prior to dispatch. Our payments are processed by Paypal and we accept most major credit and debit cards. Our prices include VAT at the current UK rate.
Our deliveries will require a signature so please make sure that someone is available to sign for the goods. If you provide a wrong delivery address and your goods are then signed for by another party, Charlie’s cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.Delivery charges are non-refundableAt the present time our website only accepts orders for the UK mainland and the delivery prices cover this area, excluding some parts of the Scottish Highlands. If you wish to arrange a delivery to the Scottish Highlands then please contact us and we can provide you with the specific postage costs.Items are normally dispatched the same day if ordered before 3pm, or next day if after, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, and delivery is normally within 24 hours of despatch. This may take longer to certain parts of the UK and also during busy times of the year. We use both Royal Mail and a Courier service for our deliveries.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. To cancel your order please email or write to us within seven working days from delivery of your item and quote your order number. It is important that you take care of the items and that they are returned to us in saleable condition. Perishable items cannot be returned unless spoiled within date or damaged. Return costs are at your expense and we would recommend that you send all returns fully insured as we cannot accept responsibility for goods not received. Refunds will be made by the same method you used to pay for your goods at the time you placed your order once we have received and checked the goods.

However, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by reliance on inaccurate material contained in this Website.

We do understand that accidents can happen and that breakages will inevitably occur from time to time. We are happy to refund or replace any item which is delivered broken but only where the Courier has been notified of the broken item(s) before leaving the delivery premises. Charlie's will not be responsible for breakages which have not been reported to the Courier prior to departure from the premises.
